I am Rachel Reynolds, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and since joining the team in July 2021, Dr. Robinson and I have been on a mission to redefine comprehensive patient care. Today, I am delighted to announce the expansion of our services to include cutting-edge aesthetic treatments under the banner of CARE Esthetics Delaware.
A Journey Rooted in Expertise:
My educational journey has taken me from upstate New York to Binghamton University, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing. With a focus on Neurology early in my career, I provided compassionate care to those grappling with chronic pain and headaches. My dedication to patient well-being led me to Delaware, where I completed my fellowship in Primary Care at Christiana Care, uncovering a passion for holistic healthcare.
Continual Education in Esthetic Services and TMJ Specialization:
In addition to my foundational education, I am committed to staying at the forefront of esthetic services and TMJ specialization. This ongoing education ensures that I bring the latest advancements in these fields to your care, making me highly qualified for master injections and targeting facial slimming with botulinum toxins like Botox.
Innovations in Facial Aesthetics:
Certified as an injector by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, I have undergone extensive training in Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) usage for facial aesthetics and regenerative care. This expertise places me at the forefront of our area in applying these revolutionary treatments, ensuring you receive not just surface-level solutions but interventions that address the core of your health concerns.
Ashlee McIlrath, FNP
Ashlee’s journey in healthcare began at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Kent State University. For over twelve years she provided compassionate care in various specialties including oncology/telemetry, progressive care/emergency room medicine, operating room, and post-surgical units.
Continuing her education, she obtained her Master’s in Nursing from Purdue University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. While working in urgent care and primary care, she noticed a lack of patient awareness in preventative health and regenerative medicine.By joining the team at the Pain & Sleep Therapy Center, Ashlee’s goal is to focus on harnessing the body’s natural healing abilities to restore function and vitality. With expertise in regenerative techniques, she aims to address the intersection of sleep disorders and chronic pain. Ashlee’s approach is characterized by compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep understanding of the connections between mind, body, and sleep quality. She looks forward to collaborating with colleagues and patients to optimize wellness as a whole.
Martina Reed
Martina Reed, Operations Manager at Care Esthetics Delaware, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over a decade of diverse experience. Starting in a hospital setting as a nursing assistant, then transitioning into a certified phlebotomist, Martina later ventured into esthetics, accumulating eight years of expertise in skincare, lasers, and advanced esthetic procedures. Mentored by master estheticians and with a background in clinical dermatology, she actively participates in dermatological procedures, showcasing her commitment to patient care.
Martina holds a double certification in Microneedling, emphasizing her proficiency in advanced esthetic techniques. Committed to safety, she is certified in bloodborne pathogens. Martina's passion for skincare is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge, staying updated on the latest esthetic options and dermatology articles.
With a philosophy centered on achieving natural, long-term results in cosmetic procedures, Martina prioritizes patient comfort and aligning with individual goals.
