She earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio University before pursuing a Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. The majority of her career has been dedicated to emergency medicine, where she honed her critical thinking skills, developed excellent patient communication, and built a strong foundation in anatomy and precise medication administration. With years of experience in high-pressure situations and a deep understanding of patient care, she has transitioned her expertise into the field of aesthetics, focusing on helping individuals feel confident and beautiful.
As a mother of two daughters, Jenine understands the importance of self-care in enhancing well-being, reducing stress, and improving overall quality of life for both individuals and their families. She believes in the philosophy that prioritizing self-care allows individuals to give more generously to those around them.
Having treated tens of thousands of patients, she has developed a deep appreciation for compassion, precision, empathy, and quick thinking—qualities that she integrates into her aesthetics practice every day. Mentored by master estheticians and with a background in clinical dermatology, she actively participates in dermatological procedures, showcasing her commitment to patient care.
Martina holds a double certification in Microneedling, emphasizing her proficiency in advanced esthetic techniques. Committed to safety, she is certified in bloodborne pathogens. Carly is a dedicated licensed aesthetician with two years of experience, fully trained in laser and microneedling treatments. She excels in providing both medical-grade and relaxing facials, combining technical expertise with a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin. Her passion for health and self-care led her to the world of esthetics, where she believes that when you look good, you feel good.
Before transitioning into skincare, Carly worked as a dental assistant, which honed her attention to detail—an asset she brings to every skincare consultation. She loves guiding patients toward better skin health and has additional experience in overall wellness. Whether through advanced facials, personalized skincare regimens, or wellness consultations, Carly is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant selves.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, soaking up the sun at the beach—always with SPF, of course!
